The targeted certification level is LEED Silver and the project is currently in the schematic design phase. Morrison Hershfield will incorporate LEED requirements into the contract specifications, and will participate in LEED orientation and training sessions for contracting staff throughout the construction period, and building operations personnel post-construction.
