The project involves a wastewater treatment and water treatment plant, storm sewer collection and treatment, sanitary collection, lift stations and force mains, and water trunk mains and on-site distribution.
We completed the conceptual planning for the infrastructure and assisted Rocky View with a Development Levy for these services. The levy will ensure a 100% developer recovery of the servicing costs including financing costs over the 20 years of the agreement. We used our experience in infrastructure projects and knowledge of the Springbank area to provide the muncipal district with highly defensible development costs and a comprehensive levy that met their needs in providing the infrastructure framework for the next twenty years.
