The Village at West Park Condominiums consists of 49 three-story residential units housed within 11 multiplex wood frame buildings.

Working in conjunction with the developer/contractor, the homeowners association and its representatives, we determined the extent of the construction defect and prepared a comprehensive remediation design and repair strategy that corrected all deficient elements.
By working collaboratively throughout the rehabilitation and by providing thorough construction administration services, we were able to complete the project within the prescribed timeline, maintain our quality requirements and deliver the project well under budget.
