Content Menu This project, undertaken for the Whitefish Lake Indian Band, involved two kilometres of gravel surface road and a 15m bridge across the Utikuma River. Due to adverse soil conditions, the road was constructed using tensar geotechnical grid reinforcement. For the bridge, Morrison Hershfield designed the abutments, wing walls and erosion protection and utilized a prefabricated bridge deck.
