Morrison Hershfield conducted a preliminary evaluation and investigation and concluded the air conditioning system for the kitchen, servery and dining room required upgrading.  The main air conditioning unit was replaced and enlarged to account for the increased cooling loads especially due to the kitchen.  A hot water reheat system was installed to provide better zoning throughout the facility.
