Our experts engineered a structural system for the new mezzanine that made use of the existing heavy steel arch structure of the existing building for structural support, thus saving the client a significant tonnage of new steel.  Existing heavy steel members were re-purposed as load-bearing elements for the new construction wherever possible, thus maximizing the use of re-cycled materials.  

We worked closely with the client, the architect, and the contractor to design and construct the new facility with minimal disruption to existing sensitive television studio operations.
