Working closely with Wheatland County, Morrison Hershfield’s work also included the design of the Bow River intake structure as well as all underground servicing for the entire site.
Reclaimed from an old gravel mining operation, this 128 ha (316 ac.) site was planned to be an 18-hole championship course surrounded by 126 single-family residences, 154 villas, 90 townhouse units and a clubhouse. The site also features its own water and wastewater treatment facilities and irrigation to all units, as well as the potential to service adjacent developments and the neighboring community of Carseland.
