We conducted a gap analysis to determine the feasibility of obtaining the certification and carried out the LEED facilitation, working with building managers and occupants. One of the responsibilities of our role was to develop a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory for the facility to ISO 14064 standards. Building energy consumption and GHG emissions were reduced via upgrades to existing energy efficient equipment, technologies, controls and monitoring. Strategies were implemented in the daily operations to enhance indoor air quality for occupants and to reduce resource consumption and waste generation.
Morrison Hershfield made a valuable contribution to the improved operations and maintenance of Robinson Place, resulting in a healthier environment for occupants and reduced maintenance costs for the property managers.
