The project included an Environmental Assessment under the Ontario Regulation 231/08 -Transit Projects and Greater Toronto Transit Authority Undertakings, including federal Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (CEAA) screening.  We prepared the preliminary designs for all major elements of the proposed works.

Our team effectively addressed the challenges of this assignment, from the viewpoint of sound environmental planning, engineering and constructability, while taking into account the critical nature of GO Transit's intended schedule and the high priority attached to the project at the Municipal, Provincial and Federal levels.
