Pyramid Lake Resort Morrison Hershfield
An integrity inspection of the water, storm and sanitary services on the Pyramid Lake property was undertaken by Morrison Hershfield as part of a due diligence investigation, preliminary to the transfer of ownership of the resort.
Based on the findings in the report, Morrison Hershfield was asked to accompany the owners on an exploratory tour of current sewage systems in use at a dozen major resorts through the Rocky Mountain tourist corridor.  With the information gathered during this trip, the design of new sewage system was developed using newer technology, allowing for more efficient management of the disposal field.
