A restoration program was developed taking advantage of the parkade entrance on level four and the interior heated conditions.  The restoration was completed in two phases with the entrance on level four being the division between the phases.  Phase I included the lower levels and replacing a total of 44 post-tensioned cables.  Phase 2 included the upper levels.

Our approach to scheduling the work to be completed "off season" and the closure of full parking levels for restoration allowed the contractor maximum flexibility and efficiency.  Completing the parkade restoration and post-tensioning system repairs simultaneously also resulted in shorter parkade closure time and additional efficiency.
