This project included a complete rehabilitation, including a reclad of all elevations, replacement of all windows and rehabilitation of all decks and walkways. Upon completion of the competitive bidding process, we undertook the contract administration and construction oversight on behalf of the owners for the duration of the construction.  Our formal documented process from design through construction completion was key in guiding the association through a daunting task and unfamiliar territory.
