A complete assessment was compiled including base drawings and historical data, used as background information for future P3 proponents involved with the Alberta Schools Alternative Procurement program (ASAP P3). We provided an understanding of site conditions based on results of site investigations covering land status, access and transportation issues, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer an drainage, gas, telephone and power. A subconsultant performed geotechnical investigations and environmental site assessments.
In completing this assignment we:

- Assessed transportation access, road details and public transport availability
- Reviewed phase 1 environmental site assessments
