Morrison Hershfield is providing specialized expertise to the design and construction team with respect to LEED, the building envelope, and building code consulting for the Magna Arts and Education Building. Our LEED facilitation services include energy modeling and commissioning (Fundamental and Best Practice Commissioning).

Ground-source heat pumps will help the building achieve anticipated energy savings, and our building envelope design review and construction services will ensure a durable building. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification, and will be Magna's first LEED-certified building. The building is currently in the detailed design stage.
