• Tank containment to provide enclosure areas for tanks containing lubricating oil, phenol formaldehyde resin, diesel fuel, aqua ammonia, and wash water

• Furnace area structural modifications, including installation of new monorails
• Exterior covered enclosures and concrete aprons at loading bays
• Structural design for installation of a major loose fill insulation process train, including settling basins, service platforms, conveyor systems, furnace/forehearth modifications, penthouse enclosures, cooling towers, cyclones, fans, etc. (capital cost $10 M U.S. dollars)
• Structural design for upgrading of the W1 and W2 main process lines, including service and equipment platforms, furnace modifications, four cyclones, four 18 m high roof-mounted stacks, forming conveyor equipment, stairs, monorails, etc. (capital cost $25 M U.S. dollars)
