The system architecture included support and/or capacity for connectivity to site, LAN/WAN, telephony, security, alarm systems, construction communications, emergency communications, automation, and instrumentation and control systems. 

Morrison Hershfield's scope of work included the evaluation of numerous alternatives and technologies, creation of preliminary network architecture, cost estimation and completion of the design basis memorandum.
