Content Menu To house a growing staff, this consulting engineering firm of 52 employees decided to move operations to a bigger location, including pursuing LEED-CI certification for their new office retrofit. While the client had several LEED APs on their own staff, they selected us as the LEED consultant based on our experience on full LEED documentation.

Page Content The office features high-efficiency lighting and HVAC controls, and ensures improved air quality through the specification of low-emitting materials and the conduction of air quality testing. The short turnaround time for the project was a challenge that was met through our close collaboration with the design team and the general contractor.
