Content Menu Morrison Hershfield is the LEED consultant and sustainable design facilitator for the main building on the Garry W. Morden Center site. Our primary responsibilities include facilitation of sustainable design charrettes and championing sustainable design thinking into the overall design and construction process.

Page Content The targeted certification level is LEEDSilver and the project is currently in the schematic design phase. We will incorporate LEED requirements into the contract specifications and participate in LEEDorientation and training sessions for contracting staff throughout the construction period. Orientation and training sessions will be held for building operations personnel post-construction.
