Content Menu Eagle Ridge at Cougar Rock is located near the eastern gate of Jasper National Park in Alberta. The project includes two 18-hole golf courses, two hotel and spas sites, 1700 residential units ranging from acreage lots to low rise condominiums, highway commercial property and an RV Park. The project requires a stand-alone raw water pump house on the Athabasca River, a water treatment plant, a wastewater treatment plant and a comprehensive stormwater management strategy.
