Content Menu At the request of the Alberta Housing Corporation, Morrison Hershfield prepared a feasibility study, cost estimate and subdivision plan for a 160-acre industrial subdivision. Upon completion of the study, the client engaged our firm to proceed with engineering design and detailed working drawings for on-site and off-site utilities to complete stage 1 of the subdivision. Off-site services included Highway 60 intersection design, water supply main, retention pond, sewage lift station and force main.
