Content Menu To accommodate the rehabilitation of a major bridge, outside plant was relocated to new buried plant off of the structure. Morrison Hershfield led this Design-Build initiative and was responsible for overall coordination, feasibility study, detailed design, permits and approvals, pre-construction activities, construction management and field review.
