Content Menu Morrison Hershfield was retained by Mara Developments to undertake the planning, approvals, detailed design, and construction management for a 120 acre country residential development in Parkland County near Edmonton AB. The lot size was set at 0.5 acres to maximize yield, full municipal servicing is provided with rural cross section roads and a paved surface. Unique challenges of this subdivision are that the existing terrain is flat farmland with a significant ravine on the eastern boundary.
