Morrison Hershfield has been involved with a number of projects for Concert Real Estate.  We have worked with different architects to achieve their vision, while using appropriate building envelope assemblies and details to provide a low risk building envelope with maximum life span.  These details have been developed with the contractors for a balance of risk management, constructability and cost.

Review of construction documents and shop drawings minimizes unknown construction details.  Field review and testing ensures that the installation of the building envelope assemblies is in accordance with the drawings, specifications and good construction practice.  Morrison Hershfield’s computer database documentation system tracks action items and ensures remedial work is completed.
