• Consulting with city staff to obtain record drawings for existing services within boundary roads and lanes
• Reviewing existing services to the property, including deep utilities in boundary roads and lanes, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer
• Sizing proposed services for the 100,000-square-foot office building
• Providing cost estimates to install any necessary upsizing of services
• Providing a summary letter outlining options for servicing and cost estimates
