The buildings included in this assessment consisted of residential units, exterior heated pools, spas, health club and fitness rooms, media room, lounge, children’s playroom and restaurant. The Building Property Condition Assessment was conducted using applicable and current Building Codes and By-laws.
Lodging Ovations used Morrison Hershfield’s comprehensive capital financial recommendations to assist in annual budgeting to manage, conserve and improve each building in an efficient, functional and structurally sound condition for the next 15 years. A 15-year capital renewals plan which included inventory, renewals recommendations, costs and priorities was provided to the Lodging Ovations for their ongoing monitoring and updating.
