The Brownstone at Forest Heights Homeowners Association had been through a litigation process and received a settlement of less than the amount needed to fully fund the repairs for their 141-unit,
26 building property. After interviewing many design professionals, we were chosen by the association to assist them with their property rehabilitation. Through a diligent design effort and an extensive risk assessment and project budgeting process we provided the association with the information needed to close the budget gap and move the project forward. With the design and bidding phases complete, we provided construction administration and review services critical to keeping the project both on schedule and on budget while assuring all quality benchmarks were continuously met.
