Morrison Hershfield's role was to:
- Revise stormwater ditching, piping and storm pond design
- Gather topographical surveys
- Prepare specifications and tendering, survey layouts, site supervision and provide materials testing
- Prepare the Operations Plan
- Perform a detailed review of all activities to ensure no interference with runways
- Provide environmental planning to meet Federal, Alberta Environment and City of Calgary regulations
- Establish design criteria such as road widths, lot sizes, easement, right-of-way, phasing, storm drainage management review, and irrigation options
- Perform lift station capacity analysis
- Add hydrants, potable water services and fire suppression services
