Content Menu Canada’s first P3 hospital is the result of an innovative high profile public-private partnership initiative in British Columbia. The walls of the large four-storey sustainable building are a combination of brick, masonry and metal cladding, pre-cast concrete panels, windows and curtain wall systems. The roof assemblies include conventional and protective roofs with two-ply SPS membranes and a butterfly standing seam metal roof over an atrium.
