Morrison Hershfield is pleased to announce several recent appointments in our Western Canada Transportation Group:

Ansar Ahmed, P.Eng. is the Director of Transportation, Western Canada. Based out of Calgary, he is responsible for Morrison Hershfield’s western Canadian transportation operations. Over the past 20 years, Ansar has accumulated a unique blend of operational and program delivery experience within the transportation sector. Complementing his private sector experience is his strong public sector background. During his time with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, and through several cooperative projects with inter-governmental colleagues, Ansar helped to move the public policy agenda for transportation forward both at the provincial and national levels.

Cam Nelson has been hired as a Senior Project Manager in the Transportation Group in our Calgary office. He is responsible for project managing large transportation projects across Western Canada. Cam has over 20 years experience serving both public and private sector transportation clients across Canada. Most recently, he was the traffic safety coordinator for the City of Calgary.
