A significant aspect to the evolution of Morrison Hershfield’s sustainability consulting is our provision of bundled services.  We provide clients with civil engineering, LEED® consulting, commissioning, energy simulation, building code consulting, building envelope consulting and other specialized and unique services. LEED^® is the top green building rating system in North America and is the benchmark for high-performance buildings.  This rigorous system validates environmental performance in five key areas: sustainable site; material and resource conservation; energy efficiency; water efficiency and indoor environmental quality.  Buildings are assigned one of four possible levels of certification: platinum, gold, silver, and certified.
