Ed Grisolia, P.Eng., PMP Appointed Vice President, Project Management Services

Bruce Miller, P.Eng., President of Morrison Hershfield Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Grisolia, P.Eng., PMP, as Vice President of Project Management Services.

Credentials

Ed graduated with a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Ryerson, followed by a B.A.Sc. degree (Civil Engineering) from the University of Toronto.  He is a member of both Professional Engineers Ontario and the Project Management Institute.

Practical Experience

With over twenty-five years experience in the construction industry, Ed is well equipped to lead Morrison Hershfield’s Project Management Services group.   Ed has held diverse owner representative roles at a number of different general contracting/owner/ developer oriented companies, including Magna International, EDS Systemhouse and the Royal Plastics Group.  At Magna International he project managed numerous heavy industrial automotive parts plants construction initiatives, including their Newmarket $3M Thermo-Treat plant, Vaughan $3.8M Toral Cast plant and Bramalea $2.4M Fujima International plant.

Additionally, Ed has led project management services at large Canadian engineering organizations.  His involvement with many diverse sectors of construction includes civil, light and heavy industrial, institutional, office building and recreational developments. 

In 2000, Ed project managed the $50M Ninth Line York Durham Sanitary Sewer Tunnel Project, one of York Region’s largest projects.  Other projects include the $15M Chinese Community Church addition in Richmond Hill, $12M Twin Pad Milton Sports Centre, $6M Lebovic Centre Library and Pool Community Centre in Whitchurch-Stouffville, and the $10M-Markhaven Long Term Care project in Markham.
