Morrison Hershfield has been selected as one of the best companies to work for in Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper’s “Top Workplaces 2011” survey.

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that the judges based their evaluation entirely on independent feedback from employees.  In total 40,000 employees were surveyed from 495 companies.  The factors measured include the direction taken by companies, their execution, work conditions, career paths, pay and benefits.

The responses provided by our staff indicated to the judges that they feel genuinely appreciated, do not experience a lot of frustration in the workplace and that they have the flexibility they need to balance their work and personal lives.  They also expressed confidence in the firm and their managers.
