Morrison Hershfield conducted a detailed condition survey and established a rehabilitation program to allow the service life of the Manulife Centre parking structure to be significantly extended and to allow for routine maintenance. This 350,000 sq. ft. parking garage serves a mixed-use development consisting of a 50-storey residential tower, a 26 storey commercial tower, and two levels of retail space in downtown Toronto.
In 2005, the International Parking Institute presented an Honourable Mention in their International Parking Awards competition to Manulife for the garage.
