Morrison Hershfield encourages everyone to benefit from lifelong learning and personal growth by engaging in activities that are consistent with their career aspirations. Morrison Hershfield will fund the hard costs of your personal development through the Education Assistance Policy.

 As a regular full or part-time employee, you are encouraged to increase your knowledge and upgrade your job skills by continuing your education. The company will pay half the costs of an approved course that is directly related to your job or career development. This includes your registration, course and any materials fees.
