When we receive strong resumes from applicants that we feel could be a fit with Morrison Hershfield, the following steps take place:
1) Telephone call to:
- Discover what the candidate’s goals and interests are
- Determine the alignment between Morrison Hershfield’s goals and the candidate’s goals
2) Interview Stage: Meeting the Hiring Manager
- In person interview with the Hiring Manager and HR (depending on location)
- In person interview explores behavioral and technical competencies
3) Offer of Employment
- References of short listed candidates will be checked
- If references are favorable, the candidate will move on to the next stage
- An offer will be verbally presented over the phone, then in person, if possible
- Salary and start date will be mutually agreed upon
