When we receive strong resumes from applicants that we feel could be a fit with Morrison Hershfield, the following steps take place:

1) Telephone call to:

• Discover what the candidate’s goals and interests are
• Determine the alignment between Morrison Hershfield’s goals and the candidate’s goals

2) Interview Stage: Meeting the Hiring Manager

• In person interview with the Hiring Manager and HR (depending on location)
• In person interview explores behavioral and technical competencies 

3) Offer of Employment

• References of short listed candidates will be checked
• If references are favorable, the candidate will move on to the next stage
• An offer will be verbally presented over the phone, then in person, if possible
• Salary and start date will be mutually agreed upon
