The performance of staff drives the performance of Morrison Hershfield.  The company recognizes this through our Profit Sharing Plan.  All regular employees, regardless of position, are eligible for a share in the company’s profits.

The profit to be allocated is divided based on salary, performance and responsibility level.  Performance is evaluated using set criteria including:   

  • Level of effort
  • Technical achievements and development
  • Quality of service
  • Contribution to success of other groups
  • Involvement in company activities
  • Strategic involvement in activities outside the company
